Return Policy

• Regular Cash Sales will be given a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• 90-day Exchange-  Within 90 days of purchase, you may exchange your purchase for another item with a purchase price equal to or more than the price you paid for your jewelry.   (Considering the jewelry is in the same condition as when it left our store)
• Credit Card Purchases that are under the Refund Policy will be refunded back to the card used at the time of purchase
• All jewelry returned must be in the same condition as when it left the store or a restocking fee may apply.
  

• NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM DESIGNS
• NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS

Layaway Policy

• Maximum of 6 months

• DEPOSIT REQUIRED-  20% Down

• Payment Plan-  10% of Balance PAID MONTHLY

• If 60 days has lapsed and correct payment has not been received, a store credit will be given and must be used within 90 days
• NO CASH REFUNDS FOR MERCHANDISE ON LAYAWAY
• Any Repair Department charges will be satisfied by initial down payment
